Launching a New Version of Helpstream
This is an exciting week for us here at Helpstream. We are officially launching the latest version of our next-generation on-demand customer service solution.
I am very proud of what we have been able to deliver with this release, and none of this would be possible without the hard work and dedication that has been demonstrated by the Helpstream team. I thank them for all of their efforts.
I would also like to thank our beta users. Since this past summer, we have been in public beta and thousands of people have signed up for the service. We appreciate all of the feedback we have received from our user community and we encourage all of you to keep those “cards and letters” coming.
Although this is a big week for us, there is a lot more to come. We are committed to maintaining Helpstream's position as the premier customer service solution in the industry and we look forward to working with our customers to help them deliver a superior customer service experience to their customers.
